January 19, 2021, the general manager of our company was invited to participate in the live broadcast of Global Resources on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility, and discussed on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility.

 

What are the key types of corporate social responsibility for your industry?  There are

Community based CSR: businesses work with other organizations to improve the quality of life of the people in the local community.

HR based CSR: projects that improve the well being of the staff.

Philanthropy: businesses donate money to a good cause (usually through a charity partner.)

Environmental CSR: focuses on eco-issues such as Pollution.

 

How do you demonstrate CSR credentials? (e.g. ISO 26000) 

Our company has formulated staff protection and production safety management system.

The company regularly organizes recreational and sports activities and pays attention to the construction of culture.

We Set up named an little angel fund from 2004 to help needy employees and student aid programs.

Pay attention to employees welfare, for example organize physical examination.

In accordance with government regulations, pay attention to environment and resources.

Follow the market rules and avoid vicious competition.

Ensure tax and social welfare, and donate to poor areas.

There is no racial discrimination or discrimination against employees.
